Soluxe requires a deposit to secure a booking. Deposits are non-refundable except where required by law. The required deposit is applied toward the final booking balance. The final price will be confirmed by Soluxe and/or reflected on the invoice. Full balance must be paid at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. If the full balance is not paid at least 24 hours before service, Soluxe may be unable to provide service and may release the booking. Deposits secure the booking process and are applied toward the final balance. Service remains subject to applicable law, safety requirements, provider availability, confirmed service details, and compliance with Soluxe guidelines.
If an online date or time appears unavailable, customers may contact Soluxe directly to request a manual availability review. Manual review does not guarantee availability.
If service extends beyond the approved booking window, additional time may be billed at $150 per hour, billed in one-hour increments, unless a different rate is confirmed in writing before the service begins. Extended service time is subject to vehicle and provider availability.
Smoking or vaping is permitted with a mandatory $200 smoking/vaping fee. This fee may be added to the final balance or invoice and applies when smoking or vaping occurs during service. Service remains subject to applicable law, safety requirements, and provider-specific restrictions.
Illegal substances are not permitted. Service may be refused or terminated if illegal activity is suspected.
Weapons, hazardous materials, and unsafe items are not allowed in vehicles coordinated through Soluxe.
Aggressive, unsafe, threatening, or disrespectful behavior may result in refused or terminated service.
Passenger count must remain within confirmed vehicle capacity. Soluxe may decline unsafe passenger arrangements.
Clients are responsible for tolls, parking, airport fees, event access fees, extra stops, and similar pass-through expenses unless otherwise agreed.
Excess cleaning fees may apply. Damage fees may apply if a vehicle is damaged during service.
Pickup wait-time policy placeholder: Soluxe will confirm the final wait-time terms before launch.
Cancellation policy placeholder: Soluxe will confirm the final cancellation window and fee schedule before launch.
Late-night, high-demand, and special-event surcharge placeholder: final surcharge rules must be confirmed by Soluxe.
