Deposit & Final Balance

Soluxe requires a deposit to secure a booking. Deposits are non-refundable except where required by law. The required deposit is applied toward the final booking balance. Full balance must be paid at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. If the full balance is not paid at least 24 hours before service, Soluxe may be unable to provide service and may release the booking.

Deposit confirmations and final balance details are sent to the client by email using the address provided with the booking request.
